KICAD Tutorial

KICAD is a free schematic and PCB layout software package. The best tutorial that I have found is the Digikey presentation with Shawn Hymel. These video's are on Youtube, and are linked below.

The following are the 9 best tutorials of the Digikey video presenatations. I recommend watching all of them from start to finish. Have a pad of paper and pen handy, there are details you will want to make note of.

When you have your Gerbers ready, you will want to fabricate the actual PCB. To do this you can use a variety of vendors, but I recommend two of the following... (These following two vendors can also assemble your PCB, if you choose to pay them to do this.)
